At Poppies Therapy, we meet you wherever you are on your journey.

Poppies Therapy is a mobile Occupational Therapy service, founded by Alyssa Poppleton, that supports children and their families in the upper Northern Beaches and North Shore areas of Sydney, NSW. We also offer online parent coaching sessions Australia-wide.

We are person-centred, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and neuroaffirming in the way we work. We believe that every child and their family deserves to find their place in the world where they can do what they want to do and be who they want to be.
